We aim to brighten up someone's day by bringing smiles to their faces through dance. Even the tiny smiles that glow while following the dances are enough.
Connect Community
We aim to connect the older generations with the younger generations. As the younger students give the elders their joy and passion for dance, the students can receive the elders' wisdom and way of life.
Health Benefits of Dance
We aim to address the health benefits of dance, especially on cognition. Through our research, we have choreographed dances including movements that move different parts of our muscles, which triggers neurological responses.
